The Secret Garden is about a ten year old girl named Mary Lennox, who comes to live in a lonely house on the Yorkshire Moors after her parents death, Mary is a very spoiled little girl. One night she hears a crying noise, comming from a bedroom, She finds a boy named Colin. His father is Marys uncle, he is very ashamed of Colin because he is criple. Colin has basically given up on life because his doctors said he would not be able to walk and will be hunchback all his life. Mary starts to love the outdoors, she comes to meet many new friends like Martha, the maid and Dickon, marthas brother. One day mary finds the mystries of an unlocked garden, and will heal Colin later on. The Secret Garden is an amazing book about determination, friendship, and perseverance.
